Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Hunter Ray stepped things up a notch to give Hooker the 'W'. Ray was dynamite, striking out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off ten hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
