Basketball Recap: B-G-M's Win Ends 11-Game Losing Streak at Home

B-G-M had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They enjoyed a cozy 58-42 victory over the Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Bears: when they faced off against the Tigerhawks back in December of 2024, they had to take a 50-47 defeat.

B-G-M's win ended an 11-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-15. As for Colfax-Mingo, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-14 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. B-G-M has already played their next game (against GMG), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Colfax-Mingo will challenge Lynnville-Sully at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
