Softball Recap: Johnsburg Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Johnsburg's offense. They lost 12-0 to the Woodstock North Thunder on Monday. The loss continues a trend for the Skyhawks in their meetings with the Thunder: they've now lost eight in a row.

Johnsburg's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Woodstock North, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-3.

Looking ahead, Johnsburg will host Marengo at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Indians have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Woodstock North, they will square off against Harvard at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
