Football Game Preview: Belleview Rattlers vs. Florida State University High School Seminoles

Two dominant wideouts in Jakyra Bostick and Danielle White are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Belleview Rattlers will take on the Florida State University High School Seminoles in a tournament on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few points on average, (Belleview 3.2, Florida State University High School 3.2) so any points scored will be well earned.

Florida State University High School's offense is going to have their work cut out for them on Saturday: Belleview hadn't allowed a single point the last three times they've hit the field. Belleview's defense stepped up to hand Navarre a 12-0 shutout on Friday.

Meanwhile, Florida State University High School strolled past Niceville with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 27-12. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Seminoles.

A big part of Florida State University High School's win came down to the chemistry between Annelise Cardenas and her top target White. Cardenas picked up 30 receiving yards and two touchdowns while White gained 105 total yards and two touchdowns.

Belleview's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Florida State University High School, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.

Belleview strolled past Florida State University High School in their previous matchup back in April of 2021 by a score of 19-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Belleview since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
