Soccer Recap: McNary Comes Up Short

After soaring to five goals the game before, McNary was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Lincoln Cardinals by a score of 2-1. McNary were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Lincoln apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

McNary's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Lincoln, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

McNary has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Roosevelt on the 18th. As for Lincoln, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 0-0 draw against West Linn on the 18th.
