Softball Recap: Legacy Comes Up Short

Legacy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 15-1 to the Cooper Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-3 on April 1st.

Legacy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nylah McKnight, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Legacy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Cooper, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-12.

As of now, neither Legacy nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
