Volleyball Recap: Stillwater Christian Beats Bonners Ferry for Their Fifth Straight Victory

Stillwater Christian barely beat Bonners Ferry the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Cougars blew past the Badgers 3-0 on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Cougars sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Stillwater Christian not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Bonners Ferry between 17 and 20 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20, 25-17.

Stillwater Christian was led to victory by Abby Danielson and Katelyn Mangold. Danielson had six digs and one block, while Mangold had 13 digs. Those 13 digs gave Mangold a new career-high.

Stillwater Christian's win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Bonners Ferry, they moved to 5-16 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Stillwater Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Thompson Falls on the 13th. Bonners Ferry does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
