Softball Recap: Springville Comes Up Short

Springville's last matchup with Snow Canyon could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's match on Thursday. The Springville Red Devils came up short against the Snow Canyon Warriors, falling 13-4. The game marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Jaz Ciliezar was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 3-for-4. Those three hits gave her a new career-high.

Springville's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Snow Canyon, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-7.
