Lafayette Christian Academy managed to slip by Rayne the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Knights lost 9-2 to the Wolves on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Knights have suffered since May 1, 2024.

Lafayette Christian Academy's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 21-11. As for Rayne, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-8.

Lafayette Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rayne, they will head out on the road to challenge Catholic - N.I. at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
