They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mountain Ridge Miners and snuck past 2-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Fort Hill also won the last time the pair played back in March.
Steven Spencer was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched eight innings while giving up just one earned run off eight hits. Spencer has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive pitching appearances.
