Softball Recap: Holliston Takes a Loss

Holliston lost against Medway back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Panthers came up short against the Mustangs, falling 18-1. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Claire Radcliffe made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI.

Holliston's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Medway, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-5.

Looking ahead, Holliston will take on Norton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Lancers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.2 runs per game this season, so the Panthers' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Medway, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 12-4 defeat against Hopkinton on the 5th.
