Softball Recap: North Baltimore Comes Up Short

North Baltimore lost against Patrick Henry back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tigers came up short against the Patriots, falling 14-4. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nevaeh DeWitt was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base and two RBI. Those RBI were her first of the season. Kenzey Young was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

North Baltimore's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Patrick Henry, the win keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

North Baltimore has already played their next matchup, an 18-1 victory against Arlington on the 11th. As for Patrick Henry, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 14-0 win against Columbus Grove on the 11th.
