Volleyball Recap: Northern Nash Triumphs + How To Watch

If Rocky Mount wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Northern Nash, they should've done a better job of containing Lilly Teets. The Knights walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Gryphons on Thursday thanks in part to Teets, who had 11 aces and four digs. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.2 aces per game.

Northern Nash walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-16, 19-25, 25-8, 25-21.
