Soccer Recap: Buchholz Gets the Win

After low-scoring totals in their previous four matchup, Buchholz brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They walked away with a 5-3 victory over the Newberry Panthers on Tuesday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Buchholz's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit Newberry with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sophia Tholen (2), Rebekah Goodson, Giuliana Burgetto, and Sonja Moore.

Buchholz now has a winning record of 3-2-2. As for Newberry, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 6-1.
