Basketball Game Preview: North Middlesex Regional Patriots vs. Oakmont Regional Spartans

The North Middlesex Regional Patriots will kick their season off against the Oakmont Regional Spartans on Tuesday. Tip off is scheduled at 7:00 p.m.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row dating back to last season, Oakmont Regional turned things around against Gardner on Friday. They skirted past the Wildcats 39-37.

Oakmont Regional now has a winning record of 1-0.

As for North Middlesex Regional, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished on the wrong side of .500 (0-1), but they'll be hoping to turn things around this year.

North Middlesex Regional skirted past Oakmont Regional 37-34 in their previous matchup back in January of 2023. Will North Middlesex Regional repeat their success, or does Oakmont Regional have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
