Marian had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Adams Highlanders by a score of 2-0. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Highlanders, too.

Sophia Smith paced Marian's offense, picking up five kills. Smith got some help from Allie Davison and her 17 assists. Joelle Mio controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Marian's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Adams, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Marian has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Garber on the 23rd. As for Adams, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Lake Orion on the 23rd.
