Basketball Game Preview: Indio Rajahs vs. Twentynine Palms Wildcats

The Indio Rajahs will venture away from home to square off against the Twentynine Palms Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Indio will be strutting in after a victory while Twentynine Palms will be coming in after a loss.

Last Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Indio beat Yucca Valley 63-58.

Meanwhile, Twentynine Palms played a tough match on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Coachella Valley, falling 81-47. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 52-24.

Twentynine Palms' defeat dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Indio, their win bumped their record up to 5-14.

Indio strolled past Twentynine Palms when the teams last played last Tuesday by a score of 77-58. The rematch might be a little tougher for Indio since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
