Softball Recap: Fairfield Takes a Loss

Fairfield fell victim to Southern Huntingdon County and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 18-0 to the Rockets. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Knights' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Fairfield now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Southern Huntingdon County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-1.

Coming up, Fairfield will square off against Delone Catholic at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Southern Huntingdon County, they will head out to take on Northern Bedford County at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
