After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Greeneview, Southeastern Local was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Yellow Springs Bulldogs with a sharp 17-0 victory. With that win, Southeastern Local brought their scoring average up to 5.5 goals per game.

Their offense was hitting Yellow Springs from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Galina Spracklen led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for seven goals all by herself.

The victory got Southeastern Local back to even at 2-2. As for Yellow Springs, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southeastern Local will head out to challenge Whitehall-Yearling at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Yellow Springs, they will venture away from home to take on Carlisle at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
