Volleyball Recap: Farmington Comes Up Short

Farmington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to Divine Child. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Farmington of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Farmington's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Divine Child, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Farmington will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Detroit Country Day at 4:30 p.m. on September 4. As for Divine Child, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against South Lyon East on the 21st.
