Basketball Recap: Utah Military Academy - Hill Field Has No Trouble Against Vanguard Academy

Utah Military Academy - Hill Field got their first taste of in-conference action this week and they started things off strong. They strolled past the Vanguard Academy Knights with points to spare on Wednesday, taking the game 71-52.

Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Abel Jenkins, who posted ten points in addition to seven assists and four blocks. Another player making a difference was James O'Brien, who put up 17 points along with five rebounds and three steals.

Utah Military Academy - Hill Field's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Vanguard Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Utah Military Academy - Hill Field will be playing in front of their home fans against Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Vanguard Academy, they will challenge Merit Preparatory Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
