Soccer Recap: Burlington's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

Burlington lost against Quincy Notre Dame back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Grayhounds took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders. The loss was Burlington's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Burlington fell to 3-1-1. As for Quincy Notre Dame, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2-1.

Coming up, Burlington will venture away from home to square off against Keokuk at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Quincy Notre Dame, they will take on Macomb at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
