            The Johnson County Longhorns will square off against the Pigeon Forge Tigers at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Johnson County has given up an average of 30.3  points per game this season, but Friday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Johnson County came into their game  on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost  45-22 to Abingdon. The Longhorns were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  28-0.
 Meanwhile, Pigeon Forge was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight  defeat  dating back to last season. They were three  points away from ending the streak, but they lost  a   21-18 heartbreaker at the hands of Polk County. While the Tigers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Wildcats  6-0 in the first  quarter.
 Johnson County now  has a losing record of 3-4. As for Pigeon Forge, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
 Johnson County strolled past Pigeon Forge in their previous matchup  back in October of 2024 by a score of  29-15. Do  the Longhorns have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
