Basketball Game Preview: LaMoille Lions vs. Lowpoint-Washburn Wildcats

LaMoille hasn't had much luck against Lowpoint-Washburn recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. Having just played yesterday, the Lions will head out on the road to face off against the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. LaMoille has given up an average of 63.8 points per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Tuesday, LaMoille had to suffer through an 83-46 loss at the hands of Woodland.

Meanwhile, Lowpoint-Washburn put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed past Calvary Christian Academy to the tune of 48-15.

LaMoille's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Lowpoint-Washburn, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.

LaMoille suffered a grim 66-42 defeat to Lowpoint-Washburn in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Thankfully for the Lions, Brendin Melton (who dropped a double-double with 20 points and ten boards) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
