Wayne Memorial extended their winning streak to 12 games thanks to a huge performance from Carlos Medlock Jr. The Wayne Memorial Zebras walked away with a 69-60 victory over the Traverse City West Titans on Saturday thanks in part to Medlock Jr, who went 8 for 16 en route to 27 points along with eight assists and five rebounds. He has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last eight times he's played.

Joshua Dennis was another key player, putting up five points. What's more, he also racked up two steals, the most he's had since back in February of 2024.

Wayne Memorial's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.8 points over those games. As for Traverse City West, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-3.
