Springfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took an 80-62 bruising from the Crater Comets. One positive for the Millers, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Springfield's loss dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Crater, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

Springfield wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 74-44 defeat against Churchill on the 4th. Crater has also already played their next contest (against Ashland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
