Soccer Recap: West Harrison Takes a Loss

West Harrison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 6-1 to the George County Rebels. While losing is never fun, the Hurricanes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi soccer rankings (they are ranked 120th, while the Rebels are ranked 21st).

West Harrison's loss dropped their record down to 0-8-2. As for George County, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-4.

West Harrison will face off against Pass Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pass Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.9 goals per game this season. As for George County, they will venture away from home to take on Hancock at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
