Basketball Recap: Lighthouse Baptist Academy Takes a Loss

Lighthouse Baptist Academy lost against Pensacola Christian Academy back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lighthouse Baptist Academy Ambassadors took a 56-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pensacola Christian Academy Warriors. The Ambassadors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lighthouse Baptist Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Pensacola Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Lighthouse Baptist Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Pensacola Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Pensacola Christian Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Pensacola Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
