Football Recap: Ganado Piles Up the Points Against Flatonia

Ganado's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They really took it to the Flatonia Bulldogs for the full four quarters, racking up a 46-0 win. That looming 46-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Indians yet this season.

Logan Bures had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 214 yards and three scores on only 15 carries. That's the most rushing touchdowns he has posted since back in November of 2024. Landyn Arriaga was another key player, throwing for 199 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 88.2% of his passes.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Ganado was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 323 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 153 rushing yards in 11 consecutive games dating back to last season.

Ganado's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Flatonia, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
