Basketball Recap: St. Helens Piles Up the Points Against Rainier

St. Helens won against Sweet Home last Saturday with 61 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The St. Helens Lions breezed by the Rainier Columbians to the tune of 61-19. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 21 points or more this season.

The victory (which was St. Helens' fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-4. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 26.8 points. As for Rainier, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

St. Helens is taking a road trip to face off against Sweet Home at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rainier, they will welcome Banks at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
