Baseball Game Preview: Felicity-Franklin Cardinals vs. Georgetown G-Men

The Felicity-Franklin Cardinals will take on the Georgetown G-Men at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses dating back to last season for Felicity-Franklin and three for Georgetown.

It was a proper cat-fight when Felicity-Franklin challenged Williamsburg on Wednesday. The Cardinals lost 15-5 to the Wildcats.

Garet Hall was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.

Meanwhile, Georgetown came up short against Bethel-Tate on Friday, falling 8-1.

Jordan Preston made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Felicity-Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Georgetown, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Everything went Felicity-Franklin's way against Georgetown in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as Felicity-Franklin made off with a 9-1 victory. Will the Cardinals repeat their success, or do the G-Men have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
