Basketball Recap: Bourgade Catholic Takes a Loss

Bourgade Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They were dealt a 73-35 defeat at the hands of the Tri-City Christian Eagles.

Tri-City Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Garry Dillard III led the charge by going 5 for 11 on his way to 13 points and six steals. Dillard III is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Dre Cleaves was another key player, dropping a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds.

Bourgade Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Tri-City Christian, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.
