Northridge won the last time they faced Columbia City and things went their way on Friday too. The Northridge Raiders came out on top against the Columbia City Eagles by a score of 65-55. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 23rd, while the Eagles are ranked 117th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Northridge has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season. Columbia City's loss dropped their record down to 12-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northridge will square off against Fairfield at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Northridge knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine games -- so hopefully Fairfield likes a good challenge. As for Columbia City, they will face off against Fort Wayne Bishop Luers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
