Softball Recap: South Kingstown Comes Up Short

After flying high against Lincoln on Monday, South Kingstown came back down to earth. The Rebels came up short against the West Warwick Wizards on Wednesday, falling 6-0. The Rebels haven't had much luck with the Wizards recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

South Kingstown's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for West Warwick, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

South Kingstown wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 17-7 victory against Burrillville on the 25th. As for West Warwick, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-2 loss against Cranston West on the 25th.
