Damascus is 4-0 against Churchill since March of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Damascus Hornets will be playing at home against the Churchill Bulldogs at 3:45 p.m. Damascus will be looking to keep their 15-game home win streak dating back to last season alive.

Wheeler has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive pitching appearances. Wheeler was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, Damascus got a massive performance out of Falyn Quick, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-1. Quick has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played. Kailyn Sheahin was another key contributor, going 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs, and two RBI.
Meanwhile, Churchill has not done well against Clarksburg recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Churchill came out on top against Clarksburg by a score of 5-0.
