On Thursday, Burrillville faced Coventry in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Burrillville Broncos breezed by the Coventry Oakers to the tune of 62-33. The Broncos have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 20 points or more this season.

Logan Gelinas was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds. Dylan Kafalas was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Burrillville's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Coventry, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Burrillville will square off against Tiverton at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Coventry, they will face off against Exeter-West Greenwich at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
