After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Albertville, Arab was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Scottsboro Wildcats a 3-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Arab, who have now won seven contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Scottsboro with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Taylor Helton, Kelee Cole, and Julianna Jernigan.

Arab's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Scottsboro, they dropped their record down to 1-11 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Arab will venture away from home to square off against Lee at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Scottsboro, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on North Jackson at 5:30 p.m. on April 8.
