Basketball Recap: Randall Comes Up Short

Randall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 71-32 loss at the hands of the Ascension Academy Cardinals.

Randall's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Ascension Academy, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Randall won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Tascosa at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ascension Academy, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll take on Memphis at 2:20 p.m. on Friday.
