Soccer Recap: New Life Academy Takes a Loss

New Life Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Victory Christian Eagles, falling 5-2. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but New Life Academy couldn't quite close it out.

New Life Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Victory Christian, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Coming up, New Life Academy will challenge Bethel Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Victory Christian, they will welcome Rock Church at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Rock Church will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Victory Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
