Mobile Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Michael MJ Moore out in front who scored 13 points along with 5 rebounds. The matchup was Moore's ninth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Nicklaus Allen, who scored 15 points.
Mobile Christian pushed their record up to 9-3 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for Bayside Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mobile Christian will stay at home for another game and welcome Murphy at 7:30 p.m. on December 12th. Murphy presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Mobile Christian in Alabama (Murphy is ranked 50th, while Mobile Christian is ranked 207th). As for Bayside Academy, they will be playing at home against Dale County at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Dale County has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since November 20.
