League recap: Ridgway Christian gets boost after one league win in week

Arkansas Christian league recap: 4/3/13

Ridgway Christian had the most successful week out of all the teams in Arkansas Christian, as it came away with one league win. Ridgway Christian vanquished Life Way Christian 9-7.

Cameron Choate was the hottest hitter in the league this week, racking up a .500 average with five RBIs. The Warriors went 1-1.

Life Way Christian's pitching staff had a strong showing this week, allowing only eight hits and nine walks, both of which led the league.

The Warriors' Chandler Wassman was locked in this week, and led the league with a .667 average (2-for-3) over that span. For the season, he's hitting .750, good for second in the league. Wassman has totaled 18 hits this season.



The week's strikeout crown belonged to Griffin Mathews, who turned in five Ks for Life Way Christian. He's sixth in the league with six total strikeouts.
