Soccer Recap: Westminster Takes a Loss

Westminster lost against Boulder back in March of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Wolves came up short against the Panthers, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Westminster can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked 186th, while Boulder are ranked tenth).

Westminster is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12. As for Boulder, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1-2.

Westminster didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-2 defeat against Mountain Range on the 1st. As for Boulder, they have also already played their next match, a 4-0 victory against Brighton on the 1st.
