Waukegan won the last time they faced Cristo Rey St. Martin and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bulldogs walked away with a 2-0 win over the CRSM.

Waukegan easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-7.

Hadassah Brown paced Waukegan's offense, picking up seven kills. Brown got some help from Happy Nguyen and her 16 assists. Angie Perriot controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Waukegan's victory bumped their record up to 11-16. As for Cristo Rey St. Martin, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 10-12-1.

Waukegan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Regina Dominican on the 11th. As for Cristo Rey St. Martin, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Lake Forest Academy on the 11th.
