Soccer Game Preview: Kearns vs. Hunter

Kearns hasn't had much luck against Hunter recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Cougars will head out to square off against the Wolverines at 3:30 p.m.

Kearns had taken Cyprus down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Cougars fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 3-2.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hunter). Everything went their way against Taylorsville on Tuesday as they made off with a 4-1 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Hunter considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

Kearns' defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Hunter, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-5.
