Volleyball Recap: Notre Dame Comes Up Short on the Road Against South Webster

Notre Dame kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the South Webster Jeeps, falling 3-0. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Jeeps recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Notre Dame was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-22, 25-19.

Coming up, Notre Dame is taking a road trip to face off against Wheelersburg at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Webster, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Unioto on the 19th.
