Basketball Recap: North Pemiscot Takes a Loss

North Pemiscot was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 23rd straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Cooter Wildcats, falling 88-16. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 105-33 back in December of 2024.

North Pemiscot's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Cooter, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-3.

North Pemiscot has already played their next game, a 69-20 loss against Clarkton on the 21st. As for Cooter, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 82-51 defeat against Risco on the 21st.
