Volleyball Recap: Tupelo T Takes a Loss

Tupelo T lost against Heritage Academy back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Titans fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 3-2. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tupelo T took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 22-25, 23-25, 25-17, 15-12.

Tupelo T's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Heritage Academy, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-20.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tupelo T will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Columbus Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Heritage Academy, they will be taking part in a tournament against Louisville at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
