Soccer Recap: Hopkins Academy Comes Up Short on the Road Against Ware

Hopkins Academy had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost 4-1 to the Ware Indians. Hopkins Academy were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Ware apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2016.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hopkins Academy will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Franklin County Tech at 4:00 p.m. on the 11th. As for Ware, they will host Commerce at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
