After three games on the road, Tilden is heading back home. They will take on the Instituto Health Sciences Phoenix at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Tilden focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 30 on Thursday.

Tilden was handed a 34-point loss in their previous outing, but they didn't let that bad energy affect their game against Back of the Yards College Prep on Thursday. Tilden skirted past Back of the Yards College Prep 52-50. The victory was just what Tilden needed coming off of a 63-29 loss in their prior contest.

Tilden's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Anthony Bailon, who scored 17 points along with three steals. Jose Pacheco was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds.

Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Instituto Health Sciences, who are still winless after their fourth match. They took a 42-28 bruising from DuSable on Thursday.

Tilden now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Instituto Health Sciences, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Tilden took their victory against Instituto Health Sciences when the teams last played back in December of 2022 by a conclusive 64-39. Does Tilden have another victory up their sleeve, or will Instituto Health Sciences turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
