Soccer Game Preview: Berkner vs. Pearce

Berkner is 0-10 against Pearce since February of 2020 but things could change on Tuesday. The Berkner Rams are taking a road trip to square off against the Pearce Mustangs at 7:30 p.m.

Berkner is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Irving on Tuesday. Berkner and Irving finished up their match with a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, Pearce had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3 goals) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They never let the Vikings onto the board and left with a 3-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won six contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Pearce's win bumped their record up to 8-5-1. With that draw, Berkner's record moves to 2-6-1.

Berkner might still be hurting after the 5-0 loss they got from Pearce when the teams last played back in March of 2024. Can Berkner avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
